Get to Know Me
Hi, I’m Cat Hopkins, your fun, friendly, colourful Celebrant. With a passion for people and their stories, I create bespoke, meaningful ceremonies for weddings, vow renewals and naming ceremonies. I am honoured to be able to do this and also officiate the ceremony on the special day too.
I’m also a licensed Zumba instructor and enjoy dabbling in arts and crafts. I have a degree in European Theatre Arts from Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. Therefore, I’m comfortable speaking and performing in front of a large audience. The opportunity to be an Independent Celebrant, to create bespoke ceremonies and support people through their own ceremonies allows me to combine many of my skills and joys in life.
Why am I a Celebrant
I enjoy appreciating the fun and wonder in life. It is an honour to put my all into people’s special moments.
I’m dedicated to making ceremonies that are the best they can be. If you choose me as your Independent Celebrant I will take the time to get to know you. This enables me to write a script that is meaningful and unique to you. I’ll write your love story in a way that represents you and your relationship.
I am open to your suggestions of what you would like to include within your ceremonies. Being able to officiate them wherever you want means that I will help you have the most special special day.
